SMS Payment Links
Cash flow isn’t a discipline problem; it’s a friction problem. We remove the friction between “invoice sent” and “money in the bank.”
One tap from their messages. Card on file with Stripe, not a personal Venmo juggling act on a four-figure job.
Meet customers where they already are: their text thread.
Card payments tied to real invoices, not screenshots and guesswork.
Your team stops playing collections; the link does the nudging.
Connected or stand-alone
Integrated: We connect to your small-business accounting stack (QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and similar) so open invoices, amounts, and customers flow into the dashboard.
Stand-alone: No accounting connection. Your team enters a few fields—who it’s for, how much, optional memo or job reference—and sends the link the same way. Stripe, SMS, and logging work either path.
The problem
- The invoice went out weeks ago. You’ve left voicemails. They meant to pay; they just never got around to logging into whatever portal your accounting software invented.
- Big jobs are getting “paid” through peer-to-peer apps. That’s a reconciliation headache and a liability you don’t need on commercial work.
- Built-in accounting payment links (QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, and similar) bury customers in account creation. Half of them bounce; the other half call your office instead.
- Your crew is talented on the tools, not trained to navigate accounting software just to request payment.
Where it shines
High-trust, high-ticket work where speed and professionalism matter: deposits before materials hit the truck, final balances on completion, and progress draws on longer jobs.
- → Residential remodels and trade jobs with staged payments
- → Commercial repairs where the approver isn’t the person on site
- → Shops that want invoices from the books (QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and similar) in one tap, or shops that prefer a simple stand-alone form and don’t need sync
How it works
Open the dashboard
Integrated: Sign in from phone or desktop. Open invoices sync from your books (QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and similar) with amount, age, and customer, so you’re not retyping numbers under pressure. Stand-alone: Enter customer, amount, and optional reference in a short form; no accounting connection required.
Send payment link
One action generates a Stripe Checkout link for the full balance, or you can override for deposits, change orders, and partials without fighting the accounting UI.
Customer pays from SMS
They get a short, plain-English text with a secure link. Tap, card, receipt: no new passwords, no app installs. Works on the phones they already use every day.
Money hits your bank
Stripe settles on its normal timeline. You see paid vs. pending vs. failed in the dashboard, so the office knows when to follow up for real, not guess.
Trust & compliance
- → PCI: Card data stays in Stripe’s vault, not in your texts or spreadsheets.
- → Texas AI: Required disclosure language can be included automatically so you’re not copying statutes by hand.
- → Audit trail: Send history and statuses logged for when accounting or a customer asks what happened.
Why not just your accounting software’s payment links?
Typical built-in checkout from QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and similar platforms.

Pricing
No monthly platform fee. You pay when money actually clears, aligned with how you get paid.
3.2% + $0.30
Per successful card transaction. 0.3% is Amarillo Logic; 2.9% + $0.30 goes to Stripe for card processing.
Who pays the fee?
Either pass the processing cost to the customer at checkout, or absorb it as the business. We help you configure whichever matches how you quote and invoice.
- → Twilio SMS delivery, disclosure handling, and send logging are included either way.
- → Integrated: one-time $500 setup with your books (QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and similar). Covers OAuth, test invoices, and training for whoever sends links.
- → Stand-alone: one-time $200 setup. Skips accounting OAuth; we still wire Stripe, SMS, and the dashboard form. We’ll align setup scope before you go live.
