Hermes Agent
Not every business wants staff questions routed through a public chatbot. Hermes Agent is an AI assistant we install and configure in your office, on your Mac Mini or a box we place on-site. Some tasks stay in the building. Some go to the cloud. We write down which is which before go-live.

We scope prompts, access rules, and handoffs with the people who run the shop. Discovery, install, and training happen on-site when that is how your team learns.
Stays in the building, or goes to the cloud
Office hardware handles routine questions, limited by what the box can carry. Cloud models handle jobs that need more room, when you are comfortable sending that work upstream. You choose the split. We document it.

Hermes can trigger the workflows we build: calendar holds, CRM rows, payment links, staff notifications. Cloud automations and on-site AI can sit side by side. We draw the line in writing.

Do you integrate AI into software we already use?

Who hosts the software — you or us?
Default is managed hosting: we deploy and run on Amarillo Logic's Cloudflare infrastructure, you use your business domain, and we handle SSL and routine maintenance. Your QuickBooks, Stripe, and other integration accounts stay in your name. If you prefer everything in your own Cloudflare account, we do that too. Same architecture, your credentials from day one. Hermes Agent often runs on office hardware. We decide per task whether the work stays in the building or goes to the cloud.
What is Hermes Agent?
Hermes Agent is Amarillo Logic's on-site AI assistant, installed and configured in your building on your Mac Mini or hardware we provide. It answers staff questions against your internal docs and procedures, and can hand off to workflows we build. Routine questions can stay on office hardware. Jobs that need more room can go to the cloud. We set that up on-site with your team. Ongoing updates are available through Ongoing Operations.
Does Hermes Agent send data to the cloud?
It can. That is a configuration choice, not a surprise. Hermes Agent can keep prompts and documents on office hardware, send specific jobs to the cloud, or mix the two: routine questions stay in the building, and chosen jobs go upstream. We document what goes where before go-live, especially when HIPAA, patient data, or Texas AI disclosure rules apply. Cloud API costs are typically yours and modest at Panhandle volumes.
