AI Consulting · Amarillo & Texas Panhandle

AI Consulting in Amarillo

Amarillo Logic is an AI implementation firm based in the Texas Panhandle. We integrate AI into accounting, scheduling, CRM, and payment systems for Amarillo and regional businesses — not strategy decks that never ship.

You don't need another subscription dashboard. You need AI wired into QuickBooks, your calendar, and the text thread where customers already reach you.

Shipped systems

Integrations, automations, and payment flows in production — not pilot projects that stall.

Hosted by us

We run automations on Cloudflare edge infrastructure — your domain, your QuickBooks and Stripe accounts, zero dashboard babysitting.

Local team

Texas Panhandle based. We know the 806 — trades, clinics, ag, and service businesses.

What we build

Accounting & ops

AI-assisted handoffs between QuickBooks, invoicing, and payment links — fewer retyped job details and faster AR follow-up.

CRM & scheduling

Leads, calendars, and crew notifications kept in sync — estimate follow-ups, booking confirmations, and delay texts without babysitting inboxes.

Phone & SMS layer

Missed-call text-back wired into your calendar and CRM: qualify the lead, grab the address, and open a job row while you're still on site.

Payments + AI disclosure

SMS payment links and checkout events that close loops back to accounting, with Texas AI disclosure handled and audit trails when you need them.

On-site · Local or cloud models

Hermes Agent

Not every business wants staff questions routed through a public chatbot. Hermes Agent is an AI assistant we install and configure in your office — on your Mac Mini or a box we place on-site. It can run local models on your hardware when data should stay in the building, cloud models when you need more capability, or a deliberate mix of both. We scope which path each task takes before go-live.

Configured on your floor

We scope prompts, access rules, model routing, and handoffs with the people who actually run the shop — not a remote demo. Discovery, install, and training happen on-site when that is how your team learns.

Local, cloud, or both

Local models (typically via Ollama) run on office hardware — fast for routine Q&A, bounded by what the box can carry. Cloud APIs handle heavier reasoning, larger context, or tasks you are comfortable sending upstream. You choose the split; we document it.

Connected, not isolated

Hermes can trigger the workflows we build — calendar holds, CRM rows, payment links, staff notifications — when you want an assistant that does more than chat. Cloud automations and local AI can coexist; we draw the line in writing.

Someone keeps it current

After launch, Ongoing Operations covers updates, health checks, and remote hands on on-prem gear — so you are not babysitting tunnels, model upgrades, or Mac OS patches yourself.

  • Staff ask internal questions against your policies, price sheets, and procedure docs
  • Front-desk or back-office triage before a human picks up the thread
  • Sensitive triage on local models; harder tasks routed to cloud APIs when hardware or policy allows
  • Clinics and regulated shops that need a documented data path — local-only, cloud-only, or hybrid
  • Trades and service businesses that want an office assistant without another SaaS login

Proof we've shipped

We're builders first. These are real Panhandle deployments — not stock photography and a city name in the footer.

  • Custom client websites with edge hosting and content tools staff can actually use
  • Custom applications — dispatch inboxes, staff admin, intake queues, and payment ops dashboards
  • SMS payment links integrated with accounting — deposits and balances collected in the text thread
  • Insurance and professional-services workflows with structured intake and staff review
  • Hermes Agent — on-site assistants with local models, cloud models, or both — configured for your hardware and compliance needs

How we're different from other AI consultants

We implement, not just advise. National agencies sell Amarillo landing pages from Lubbock or DFW. Compliance-only shops sell TRAIGA memos without wiring your systems. We integrate AI into the tools you already pay for and train your team.

No vendor lock-in. Portable code and open APIs — your integration accounts stay yours. Default is managed hosting on our Cloudflare; we can deploy to your account if you prefer. After launch, Ongoing Operations keeps production automations maintained — optional, scoped in writing. If you outgrow us, you keep what we built.

Honest scoping. If automation won't pay for itself in a year, we'll tell you in the audit. Start with a workflow blueprint even when you're unsure AI is the answer.

AI consulting in Amarillo — FAQ

What does AI consulting cost in Amarillo?

Most AI integration projects run $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope — wiring AI into QuickBooks, calendars, CRM, SMS, and your existing workflows. A process audit with a written roadmap starts around $750–$2,500. We quote in writing before production work begins.

Do you work with Amarillo businesses in person or remotely?

Both. We're based in the Texas Panhandle and meet clients on-site when it helps — shop walkthroughs, staff interviews, field demos. Discovery, build reviews, and training also work well over video for Amarillo, Hereford, Borger, and surrounding towns.

What AI systems does Amarillo Logic build?

We integrate AI into production systems you already use: QuickBooks and accounting handoffs, calendar and CRM sync, missed-call text-back with lead qualification, automated follow-up and AR nudges, and payment links in the text thread — hosted by us on Cloudflare edge infrastructure. We also deploy Hermes Agent, an on-site assistant configured on your hardware — local models, cloud models, or a hybrid mix depending on your box and compliance needs.

How is Amarillo Logic different from other AI consultants?

We implement and ship — custom websites, payment links, dispatch tooling, and automations wired into your stack. We're local to the 806, not a DFW or Lubbock agency with an Amarillo landing page. If you need compliance-only TRAIGA audits without build work, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.

Do you integrate AI into software we already use?

Yes — that's the core of what we do. Common integrations include QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Stripe, Twilio SMS, and web forms. We prefer direct APIs and managed hosting over fragile Zapier chains when the volume justifies it.

Who hosts the software — you or us?

Default is managed hosting: we deploy and run on Amarillo Logic's Cloudflare infrastructure, you use your business domain, and we handle SSL and routine maintenance. Your QuickBooks, Stripe, and other integration accounts stay in your name. If you prefer everything in your own Cloudflare account, we do that too — same architecture, your credentials from day one. Hermes Agent often runs on office hardware; model routing (local vs cloud) is scoped per task.

What is Hermes Agent?

Hermes Agent is Amarillo Logic's on-site AI assistant — installed and configured in your building on your Mac Mini or hardware we provide. It answers staff questions against your internal docs and procedures, can hand off to workflows we build, and routes inference locally (typically via Ollama), through cloud APIs, or both. Local models are limited by your hardware; cloud models add capability when you need them. We configure routing on-site with your team; ongoing updates are available through Ongoing Operations.

Does Hermes Agent send data to the cloud?

It can — and that is a configuration choice, not a surprise. Hermes Agent supports local-only inference (prompts and documents stay on office hardware), cloud API calls for heavier tasks, or a hybrid where routine Q&A stays local and specific jobs route upstream. We document what goes where before go-live — especially when HIPAA, patient data, or Texas AI disclosure rules apply. Cloud API costs are typically yours and modest at Panhandle volumes.
