Amarillo Logic is a consultancy and software company based in Amarillo, Texas. We build the behind-the-scenes systems that let local businesses run faster: custom websites, automated payments, and workflow integrations.
We're not a marketing agency. We don't run social media or sell monthly SEO retainers. When we build a custom site, we still ship fast pages, clear structure, and the metadata and technical basics that help you show up in search, but we're just not the team for ongoing organic campaigns. We build tools that solve specific problems: chasing invoices, scheduling chaos, manual follow-ups, systems that don't talk to each other.
Our stack runs on Cloudflare Workers: resilient cloud hosting, not a PC in a back office you hope stays on. You get quick load times, solid security, and fewer "who do we call when this breaks?" moments. We keep the plumbing quiet so you can focus on the work in front of you.
How we're different
Local, not faceless
We're in Amarillo. You can call us or meet us for coffee. We're not a SaaS company in Austin that'll ghost you when your subscription lapses.
Built, not rented
We don't configure existing software and call it a solution. We build the tool you actually need. No monthly fees for features you'll never use.
Yours, not ours
When we build something, it's yours. No lock-in, no proprietary platforms. If you want to take it to another developer, you can. We're confident you won't need to.
We only make money when you do
Our payment link product has no monthly fee. Card processing is 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction. Of that, 0.3% is us; the rest goes to Stripe. You can pass that cost to the customer or eat it as the business. If you're not getting paid, neither are we. That's how incentives should work.
Clear scope, shipped work
We like work that ships: a tight website, a payment flow, an integration that removes a weekly headache. Multi-phase work is fine when milestones are clear and someone can make the call. If priorities feel fuzzy or stuck in meetings, we'll say early whether we're the right partner.
Why the Panhandle?
Because we live here. Canyon, Amarillo, the whole 806. We know the businesses, the customers, the culture. We know that a plumber in Hereford doesn't need the same tool as a salon in Dallas.
A lot of tech is still sold like everyone's in a major metro, with retainers and roadmaps built for DFW and Houston, software priced for national defaults and feature lists you'll never touch. Out here you still need systems that hold up, but you shouldn't pay for a playbook that ignores how you quote jobs, schedule crews, and get paid. Custom workflows, handoffs between tools, and the small automations that remove a weekly scramble belong in the same conversation as the website, not as an afterthought. We're building for the way work actually runs in the 806.
