Custom Application Builds
When a marketing site isn't enough, we build the software your team actually runs on — staff dashboards, dispatch inboxes, intake flows, and field tools wired into QuickBooks, Stripe, and the calendars you already use.
Not another SaaS seat. A purpose-built application we host and run on Cloudflare — your domain, your QuickBooks and Stripe accounts, AI where it removes real work.
Built around how jobs, leads, and money move in your shop — not a generic product roadmap.
APIs into accounting, payments, SMS, and scheduling so data isn't retyped between tabs.
We run it on Cloudflare edge infrastructure — your domain, SSL, and deploys handled. Prefer your own Cloudflare account? We do that too.
The problem
- You've outgrown spreadsheets and five browser tabs, but off-the-shelf software wants you to change how you work.
- Your website looks fine, but staff still live in email, text threads, and a whiteboard for the real operations.
- Every SaaS you add has its own login, its own export, and another monthly line item for features you'll never touch.
- You need something mobile-ready for the field, but the "enterprise" quote starts at six figures and twelve months.
Websites vs. applications
A custom website is your front door — credibility, services, contact. A custom application is what happens after someone walks in: dispatch, intake, staff admin, payment operations, inventory, and the handoffs between them.
Many projects include both. We scope them separately so you know what you're buying and can stage spend.
What we build
Staff & admin dashboards
Internal tools for the people who run the business: lead queues, job status, user management, settings, and reporting — without fighting a generic CRM layout.
Dispatch & intake
Inbox-style workflows for missed calls, form leads, and text threads — with AI integrated into qualification and handoff when volume justifies it.
Payments & operations
Dashboards around SMS payment links, in-person checkout, invoicing, and ledger sync — the ops layer behind getting paid.
Field & mobile surfaces
Phone-first UIs for crews and volunteers: short catalogs, check-in flows, and tools that assume glare, gloves, and spotty LTE — not a desktop-only admin panel.
APIs & integrations
QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, calendars, and webhooks — built as first-party connections on Cloudflare Workers, not a fragile chain of Zapier recipes.
Multi-tenant & client portals
When you serve multiple locations or white-label for clients, we design tenancy, auth, and provisioning so growth doesn't mean rebuilding from scratch.
Examples from our stack
Representative builds — not a catalog you pick from. Every engagement starts with how your team actually works.
- → Dispatch inbox with conversation threads, contact cards, and payment link sends from one pane
- → Insurance intake and quote workflows with staff review queues and structured client data
- → POS and catalog admin for short-run events, markets, and on-site sales
- → Tenant provisioning and fleet admin for multi-location operators
How it works
-
Scope & blueprint
Often starts with a workflow audit — who does what today, where data lives, and what a v1 application must do. You get a written architecture before we write production code.
-
Build in phases
We ship usable milestones — auth, core workflow, integrations — so staff can test on real jobs instead of waiting for a big-bang launch.
-
Launch & handoff
Training for admins and field users, runbooks for exceptions, and documentation you can hand to another developer if you ever need to.
Hosting
Most clients don't want a Cloudflare login. Default is managed hosting: we deploy and operate on Amarillo Logic infrastructure, you point your domain at us, and we handle SSL, edge delivery, and routine maintenance.
Managed (default)
Included with the build for most sites and apps. Your customers see your domain; we keep the Workers, storage, and deploy pipeline running.
Your Cloudflare account (optional)
For clients with IT staff or compliance needs. Same architecture, deployed to credentials you control from day one.
Either way: your business domain, your integration accounts (QuickBooks, Stripe, etc.), and portable code — not a proprietary SaaS cage. See also custom websites hosting, which works the same way.
Pricing
Scoped in writing. Complexity drives the number — not seat count.
$5,000 – $15,000
Focused application (single workflow, few integrations)
Staff dashboard, dispatch-lite, or payment ops tool with one or two system connections. Typical v1 for a Panhandle operator lands in this band.
$15,000 – $40,000+
Multi-module or multi-tenant build
Several user roles, mobile surfaces, deeper accounting/payment integration, or provisioning for multiple locations. Phased delivery so you can spread spend.
Managed hosting on Cloudflare is included for most builds — no required platform subscription. Optional monthly support available. Cloudflare usage at Panhandle scale is usually modest and baked into how we scope projects.
